Such work must be exceptional and, as far as possible, devoted to non-risky tasks (writing, calculations, bibliographical research, etc.). In all cases, it must be carried out with the express agreement of the unit director.<\/p><p>Normal laboratory opening hours: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.<\/p><p>Staff authorized to come in on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays to carry out authorized activities must obtain, via this form, the prior written, nominal and time-limited agreement of the unit manager. When certain laboratory activities require work to be carried out at weekends or on public holidays, only statutory or contract staff (PhD students, researchers, engineers, technicians) may be authorized to carry out the work in exceptional circumstances.
