Il doit rester exceptionnel et dans la mesure du <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; background-color: transparent;\">possible consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 des t\u00e2ches ne pr\u00e9sentant pas de risques (r\u00e9daction, calcul, recherches\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; background-color: transparent;\">bibliographiques\u2026). Dans tous les cas, il doit \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9 apr\u00e8s l\u2019obtention de l\u2019accord du\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; background-color: transparent;\">directeur d&rsquo;unit\u00e9 via le formulaire suivant. La demande doit \u00eatre adress\u00e9e au moins 48h avant le travail envisag\u00e9. Le directeur d&rsquo;unit\u00e9 d\u00e9l\u00e8gue l&rsquo;autorisation au responsable direct du demandeur.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"background-color: transparent; font-size: 14px;\">\u00a0<strong>Horaires d\u2019ouverture classique du laboratoire<\/strong> : Du <strong>lundi<\/strong> au <strong>vendredi<\/strong> de <strong>7h30<\/strong> \u00e0 <strong>19h30<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<strong>Les personnels autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 venir les samedi, dimanche ou jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s pour effectuer les activit\u00e9s<\/strong>\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14px; background-color: transparent;\">autoris\u00e9es doivent obtenir, via le pr\u00e9sent formulaire, l\u2019accord pr\u00e9alable, \u00e9crit, nominal et limit\u00e9 dans\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; background-color: transparent;\">le temps, du responsable de la structure.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; background-color: transparent;\">Lorsque certaines activit\u00e9s du laboratoire imposent une permanence le week-end ou un jour f\u00e9ri\u00e9,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; background-color: transparent;\">seuls les personnels statutaires, les personnels contractuels (doctorants, chercheurs, ing\u00e9nieurs,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; background-color: transparent;\">techniciens) peuvent \u00eatre autoris\u00e9s exceptionnellement \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser le travail. Les stagiaires, de\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14px; background-color: transparent;\">quelques niveaux qu\u2019ils soient, ne sont jamais autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 travailler en horaires d\u00e9cal\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p><p>Au-del\u00e0 d\u2019un bref passage dans son bureau (\u00e0 titre indicatif inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 15 minutes \u00bb, tol\u00e9r\u00e9 sans que des mesures particuli\u00e8res soient mises en \u0153uvre, l\u2019autorisation de travail en horaire d\u00e9cal\u00e9 est soumise \u00e0 la demande Dans ces cas, il doit toujours y avoir un surveillant, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire une personne capable, en cas d\u2019accident, de pr\u00e9venir les secours.<br \/>\nQuels sont les travaux dangereux n\u00e9cessitant la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un surveillant (extrait):<br \/>\n\u2022\tTravaux sous tension ou \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 d\u2019installations \u00e9lectriques sous tension,<br \/>\n\u2022\tManipulation et utilisation de sources radioactives ou de g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs \u00e9lectriques de rayonnements ionisants,<br \/>\n\u2022\tTravaux effectu\u00e9s dans un \u00e9tablissement par une entreprise ext\u00e9rieure,<br \/>\n\u2022\tConduite de chariot automoteur,<br \/>\n\u2022\tExtraction de mati\u00e8re grasse par un solvant inflammable (et par extension, tous travaux de laboratoire n\u00e9cessitant la manipulation de produits dangereux).<br \/>\nPlus restrictivement, au niveau de l\u2019UMR, les travaux suivants sont interdits au travailleurs isol\u00e9s:<br \/>\n\u2022\tRadioactivit\u00e9<br \/>\n\u2022\tManipulation de produits corrosifs<br \/>\n\u2022\tManipulation d\u2019azote liquide<br \/>\n\u2022\tTravail en salle de culture avec exposition au risque CO2<br \/>\n\u2022\tAcc\u00e8s soute du b\u00e2timent<br \/>\nLa r\u00e9glementation impose la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un surveillant donc, dans tous les cas, tout travail dangereux isol\u00e9 est interdit. Le surveillant ne doit pas participer \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 afin qu\u2019en cas d\u2019accident il ne soit pas lui-m\u00eame \u00e9galement atteint.
