La chirurgie guid\u00e9e par visualisation de fluorescence (FGS pour&nbsp;Fluorescence Guided Surgery) permet aux chirurgiens une meilleure d\u00e9tection des tumeurs en temps r\u00e9el. De plus, la FGS peut \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9e en associant une imagerie pr\u00e9-op\u00e9ratoire (nucl\u00e9aire) pour localiser avec pr\u00e9cision les tumeurs. Dans ce projet, nous proposons de concevoir et d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer des&nbsp;nouveaux syst\u00e8mes&nbsp;d\u00e9tectables \u00e0 la fois par imagerie nucl\u00e9aire et par fluorescence (imagerie bimodale), issues de l\u2019association de sondes chimiques \u00e9mettrice du signal \u00e0 des anticorps ciblant les tumeurs colorectales et pancr\u00e9atiques.
