Through their complementary\u00a0\u201c<em>My Life in Science\u201d\u00a0perspectives<\/em>, they shared their career paths and reflected on how gender can influence professional trajectories in academia and research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond the presentations, the Q&amp;A session created a valuable space for dialogue and collective reflection. <strong>It also reminded us that advancing gender equality is a shared responsibility that concerns all of us, regardless of our roles and gender.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many thanks to the organizers and speakers for initiating this important conversation and to everyone who participated and contributed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To celebrate International Women\u2019s Rights Day, members of the CTM gathered together for a moment of discussion and reflection dedicated to gender equality in science.
